Meet the Team
Rabbi Daniel Meister, Director
Rabbi Daniel Meister has been leading MAJOR for almost two decades. In addition to his rabbinical ordination, Rabbi Meister has a Masters in Educational Policy and Leadership from Marquette University. When he’s not working at MAJOR or teaching Torah, he loves taking his wife and children for rides on his large inflatable boat, exploring nature and new places. He credits his wife, Beth Meister, for MAJOR’s success.
Beth Meister, Assistant Director
Beth Meister is Rabbi Daniel Meister’s wife, devoted to making sure that MAJOR runs smoothly. Her behind-the-scenes dedication makes MAJOR what it is today. Beth has worked as a teacher and librarian and is currently a school administrator. She loves to read, play board games with her children, relatives and friends, and welcome MAJOR guests into her busy home.
Temima Eckhardt
Temima is a witty ball of energy who is very liked by her friends and associates. She volunteers and works on special projects to improve her community. And she mentors MAJOR participants! She lives in Milwaukee with her husband and three children.
Chaim Lampert, Advanced Mentor
Chaim Lampert is a veteran property manager with many years of experience in the property management business. When he’s not working, he loves playing golf and diving into his other passion: Torah learning and living. He credits his wife and two sons for supporting his dreams. He loves combining his interests in his work as a counselor at MAJOR.
